FAQ

If there are any other questions you have that we have not answered below, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask us! We are here to help you through the process of finding your dream dress!

Yes! We are open Tuesday-Friday for our brides to drop by and look at our gowns, but we do require appointments if you want to try on the dresses! Saturdays are strictly by appointment only to best serve every bride!

We recommend wearing nude undergarments! You can bring a strapless bra if you would like, but only underwear is required during your appointment.

We want our brides to have the best experience possible! So, we allow you to bring whoever you choose. Because Saturdays are by appointment only, during the time of your appointment, you, your entourage, and our employees are the only ones in the store! This works wonderfully and because of COVID, it works even better!

Bridal appointments are scheduled for an hour and a half! We have found that this time frame works great for our brides! Veil and Accessory Appointments are for forty-five minutes to one hour depending on what you are looking for!

We know things happen. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic! However, if you are going to be late, please call us and let us know. However, this will affect your appointment time.

We currently do not! However, we have teamed up with an amazing seamstress and our brides love her work! We will explain the alterations process during your appointment, but it is super easy!

We have many of these gowns! However, we do not have every single dress in stock. If you have a question about a specific dress, please call us and we can answer any questions you may have! Every gown pictured we can order for you, but we simply may not have it as a sample in the store at the time of your appointment!

It depends! Normally, ordering wedding gowns take between 6-8 months depending on the designer and the dress. However, if you have a short timeline, we have several different options for you, including Sample Sale dresses, our current samples, as well as some other gowns that the designer may offer as a faster shipping option.
